I have just purchased a G1 Megatron knockoff, the infamous 007 Destroy Monarch. I heard out side of the paint on his face and the orange tip that his problem is loose joints.

Now I know super glue and nail polish will tighten them, but how does that work? What exactly do I do?

or you could use future floor finish. there's no risk with the stuff. With super glue you have to take the joints apart, smear some on one of the surfaces that rub in the joint, then either let it dry before putting it back together, or popping it back together right away and moving the joint until its had enough time to cure.

If you decide to use future, you can do it that way, or you can just drip some down into the joint and walk away from it for 24 hrs.

You just apply the nail polish to the joint and let it dry. I use nail polish all of the time on my TFs and I love it.

I can't personally recommend superglue for this same thing, though. Keep in mind that superglue actually melts the plastics it comes in contact with on a molecular level. This is great for adhering two plastics together, but personally, I'm just not cool with that while nail polish works just as well :thumb

    I hope that helps! :)

...so my best bet is Nail Polish/Floor Finish.

Thanks. I'll let you know how it works out
