I wish I had known about the limitation on lockdown.. I broke mine yesterday after transforming him once.. so I'm just going to exchange him at wally world

I used Archon's cut the little squares method and am very happy with how much better the stingers fit. I will still try to dig out some more because the tip still sticks out a tad

Wish I knew about the Prowl mod earlier...I got annoyed with the knees so I returned it (since I also read about the sidecar one, going to wait to see how that's like because I don't want to end up with 2 Prowls).

As you can not-really see, you merely unscrew the thighs, slide off the gold pockets, switch them and rotate them vertically 180 degress, then reinsert and screw. PRESTO! Prowl has REAL knees and doesn't have to bend his shin in half to fake a knee joint.

so we only mess with the upper leg....not lower more complicated leg....hmmm....i will try it out....but first i am going to play with prowl a bit before i do it.....

also i can live with the stingers on bb visible but i might do the lockdown one....to save future headache

Has anyone tried to remove the battle damage on the two-pack Prime/Megs? If so, what were the results? Is the damage molded into the plastic? Also, does it require any touch-up painting afterwards? I really want the two-pack so I can have an earth-mode Prime that's smaller than Voyager Megs.

Also, I did the thigh-pocket swap on Prowl last night (thanks Split Lip for the heads up on that) and man, it does wonders to the knee poseability!
