I don't know if I'm applying it wrong or not enough, after buying some floor polish and trying to get it in between the joint for the arm that rests inside the shoulder it's still quite loose. I was wondering if anyone might be willing to help me tighten it

just to clarify, its where the pin is, not the screws.......
the only thing i can think after everything before is to knock the pin out, but that's extremely hard with one hand......maybe you should have a nearby friend or family member try to do it....

It is indeed a pin joint, as that is where it droops easily, here's a close up.

The only family member I'm with is my mother who is about as good with such things as I am. I do have a brother-in-law, though he doesn't come around very much so it'd probably be a while before I could try with him.

If it's similar to the problem I was having, you should swing the arm out and apply the floor polish with a dropper. Just making sure, this is the friction rotation and not the ratchet, right?

Took me to a while to figure it out on mine the first time. Instead of trying to pour at the outside, you should hit the inside.

What you want is to extend the arm out:

    See that metal pin?

That's your target. Either get an empty 2oz paint dropper bottle (Walmart, Michael's, and other places have them if you don't have any spares) or an actual eye dropper and add two drops to top of the pin. Rotate the arm a few times so that you work it in, then let it sit for a few hours. It should be noticeably more stiff. My Motormaster used to not be able to hold his gun/sword at all but now he's fine.

Hey, finally got around to doing it last night and let it sit overnight and the hand/arm still flops. I don't know if it's because I'm rotating it wrong, using a oiral dropper (yes I'm taking into account it's bigger), or something else. Though at this point I'm pretty much ready to pay someone to fix it

That sucks that it didn't work. :(  It's possible that it is simply too loose to fix. Only other suggestion would be to try to slowly build up the floor polish in the joint over time but otherwise I have no clue how to directly get in there. It's not an easy to reach pin.

UPATE: yesterday my mother tried one last thing with the floor polish, not sure what, but after 24 hours his elbow is no longer loose. You can bet I gave her the biggest hug xD
