i figure i could get this out of my head, since i still lack the skills to do so.

    WHAT YOU NEED!
    1.alpha bravo figure
    2.3D design and shapeways expertise
3.stuff to punch the pins out of AB (keep the pins for project)

    WHAT TO DO(so far)
1.remove the tail, propeller, and leg portions (from the first hinges on the shins) off AB
2.start measuring the pieces taken off for the 3D designs
3.design the front wheel for the head section, back wheel on legs
4.the propeller hinge is for the folding cycle-seat
5.anything else you feel is needed

thats all i can think of right now. i hope this helps someone!

I'm talking about a kit to be manufactured by a 3rd party so anyone can upgrade their Alpha Bravo into Groove.

Your custom was part of my inspiration to design a kit.
