So ive done quite a few custom's but the problem i keep getting is the edges getting damaged when i transform them after the paint job and spraying is done. (doors closing, hincing moving ect.)

is they're a trick for this?

 

Paint rub is always annoying but you can solve it with sanding and sealing. Sand the parts that rub apart to get more clearance for the new paint layers. Then add some sealer, like Floor Polish, to protect the paint.

One good thing about painting is it shows you where you need to sand.
