Hopefully I'm in the right place for this, if not, please move it where it should be. Thanks.

Not exactly sure how to ask what I want, so maybe if I describe things, someone could help?

To explain the first: I'm making a combiner using Energon Storm Jet and PCC Leadfoot as the main body. I've got a small hole drilled into SJ's waist that the powerlinx port fits into rather tightly. In car mode: fold the front of the car down, flip the point up, transform SJ into torso mode except the legs, fold the legs back behind as a backpack, push LF's powerlinx point into the hole at the bottom part of the waist.

Right now, it works. It's kind of tight, and gives a bit of waist articulation to it. What I'm afraid of is, once I get the 2 tanks connected as the legs, it won't hold anymore, or it might eventually wear down so it's loose.

One option is to modify SJ a bit so the legs of LF will connect in the back along with SJ's legs. This would help solidify the back of the figure some, but might actually cancel the waist joint, which I'm not sure if I want or not.

Another option would be create a whole new piece that could be customized to both parts and fit up secure.

Next is, I'm working on a cane/blade type weapon (5mm) and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how best to make the blade go into the lower part of the cane snug, so while she's holding the cane by the top, the bottom part won't just slide off if she's moved. I've already got the top part with the blade done, so the bottom part is what I'm working with and having a bit of problems with. The top part wasn't hard, just cut a line in the middle roughly to fit part of the blade up, epoxy everything in, done. The main problem is while trying to cut the length down the tube to fit the blade, it weakens the tube and yeah.

I'll try to get pictures later on today or tomorrow if possible to post to give reference if needed.

    Thanks in advance everyone :)
