I'm not sure if I should be posting this in the request thread or not because I feel like this is more of a general question than an actual request but at the same time it also feels like a request even though I'm not directing it at anyone in particular. So I don't know. Feel free to move this thread if you feel I should of went into the request thread.

So first of all... I was thinking of doing this myself but my lap top is running unusually slow and that's the computer I normally use for imaging. I think maybe it's always been that way and I just never noticed because I was use to it till I got my new desk top. It's only since I've started using this computer that I've had issues with my old lap top so I don't think that it's actually gotten slower. It's always been a slow computer, it was already like 8 years old when I got it.

Anyway... I've been checking the fan art thread ever since they were first announced expecting to see them repainted into the original Dinobots colors but no one seems to have taken the time to do it... which is surprising to me considering the overwhelming popularity of the Dinobots. So this is where the possible request that is more of an "here's an idea feel free to use it" comes in.

Optimus Prime: Grimlock and BW Megatron.

Heatwave: Sludge and Longrack

Chase: Snarl and Saberback

Blades: Swoop and Terrorsaur

Boulder: Slag and Guiledart

Bumblebee: BW Dinobot and TM2 Dinobot.

Obviously the main 5 who will actually be showing up in the cartoon would repainted into the G1 Dinobots because they share the same beast modes. Bumblebee would be BW Dinobot for the same reason.

BW Megatron is just an added bonus because the way the toy transforms is very similar.

Terrorsaur, Guiledart, and Saberback ... well, as long as I'm throwing BW characters in there I might as well throw them in too.

Finally... well everyone else had two characters or at least two versions of the same character... there aren't really a lot of choices for Heatwave so I went with another long necked beast mode.

The more obvious ones I'm really surprised don't already exist by now. I mean come on, they're modeled after the G1 Dinobots, they're just acting to be repainted. The only thing I can think of for not doing this, is if Hasbro was already planning to and I just never saw the news report... because I don't really read the news section and I haven't really had time to keep up with the news for the last two months when I only have internet access on the weekends.
