I am very thankful that the staff at TFW (you specifically) are leaving MJ's account open in hopes that he fills in the rest of the orders.

I can not say I have much hope but there is still some and having this thread remain open keeps my hope alive.

    Thank you

Since he obviously doesn't frequent this site anymore, what are some other contact methods for MJ?

PM here doesn't seem to work.

Facebook messages and emails haven't either.

PM me if you want his postal address to send him a letter.

Apart from knocking on the dude's door and saying hello I don't think you will have much luck getting a hold of him.

At least there are signs he's getting stuff done still and hasn't packed up and run off to Mexico!

As Elongated Man taught me in The Greatest Story Never Told, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. this just in......

    Daisuke Fukuda
Just finished up with your ordered parts. They will be packed up and shipped on this weekend. Sorry it took a long time and your waiting.

I trust this to be truth so by the end of MAY I should have some pictures to share. I'm sure it will be a lot sooner but I've had packages from the States take up to 3 weeks.

I hope this means that others have been completed as well. The last couple of updates have been about 5-10 names getting a PM so here is to hoping for good news for the rest of yous. :)

I've had orders in with him for well over a year now, not even big orders at that. From here on out I'll only pick up the stuff he makes available through online retailers. Unfortunate that he's let things get to this point.

Really? 3 weeks? Couldn't they just walk it across the border? :D

My stuff normally takes 2-3 weeks but I'm on the other side of the pond!

I must say though postage from the US is fairly slow these days. I'm often waiting up to a month for packages. Canada post on the other hand is on the up and I'm getting stuff much quicker than I used to. :thumb

I really do hope I get my stuff... I've been renewing my mail redirection service for months now just in case MJ ignored all my attempts to inform him of my new address and posts it to my old one. I only hope the post office redirects packages as well and not just letters! :cry

Maybe the mods can work with him to limit it to 4 orders a month. And just be on a wait list and not pay until your month comes up. There are still several things I want and if he doesnt continue it this way, I hope the Inferno and Grapple kits are sold through stores.

Personally, IMO I think MJ has burned enough bridges & shoudn't be allowed to advertise sales here again until he has proven his ability to get back on track with a regular delivery schedule.

Regardless of the quality of work, MJ is no different than any other customizer that attracts customers via the site, then for one reason or another doesn't follow through. Said-customizer then loses their sales privileges and/or is banned from the site.

Using a site like TFW for advertising sales is a privilege, not a right, and if you abuse it then you lose that privilege.

TFW is the number 1 site for Transfans and when you sell here you are reaching a large portion of the community with just one post.

TFW does not ask for much. Reply to emails and fill your orders. If you can't fulfill those simple requirements you should not be able to access the TFW boards.

I know that TFW has worked hard keeping the site clean and thus their name clean and I doubt they will allow bad sellers to ruin their name, especially when TFW is providing a free service for them.

MJ is not a bad guy but people really need to learn that even a little communication goes a long way.

I wish the best for MJ and that he and TFW can work something out for the future but at the same time I wouldn't blame TFW for not bothering.

    MJ,

As much as I love the work you do and the partial order I received from you, I wish you would've communicated better. I would like to order more from you but unfortunately that won't happen here. I look forward to receiving the rest of my order from you. It's been a very long wait...

My communication attempts started nearly at the first of the year, and I have still yet to receive any kind of response directly. You can see from the above posts that much room was given. As such, we're done here.

The patience you guys have exercised here is certainly commendable as well are your attitudes and posting behavior. Each of you have been very patient and kind above what should be expected. I certainly hope that the waiting pays off for each of you.

I'd still encourage each of you to stay on top of your orders using the off-site communication methods that has been posted in this thread. However, TFW2005.COM must part ways here, as we have exhausted our methods of attempting to communicate merely to just "check in" to ensure each of your orders are being filled. Without such confidence directly from the artist, an artist can not operate here in good standing.
