let me know if when you finish with skyfall if you are still thinking about the darkwind kit...cause i think most folks here want to ditch the ugly head on that con also.

For those that have bought, or will buy the Skyfall kit. There will be a teaser on what the last upgrade will be for the year, from me.  

 

Is it too early to get in a hardhead preorder?

 

Hardhead's upgrade isn't happening. HeadRobots is creating one, which will be cheaper than what I could offer. And board member Catch22 has an IDW style head in the works.  

 

Thanks Venska, I will have to keep an eye out. I wish I picked up the black version. I would have loved to get this head. I wonder, how does the black head look on the standard gray body? hmm.

 

Probably won't match. I have thought of doing a small run of the heads, painted in silver, for those that want to change Silverbolt into a different character.

 

Hopefully you don't mind Venksta, but I'd like to put my name down for the Blaster head upgrade:

- 1x Cybertron head set(both faces right? if only one, the cartoon one and gun)

I just know'll I would forget all about this in a month.

As far as unpainted, the main Skyfall kit would be your choice, if you want to paint it up. The parts are all cast in color from the go. Nothing is painted.

I'll put you down for it. Just keep in mind, the plans for the sets are still being worked out. The original post about the breakdown for the Blaster set was just to give any idea of what I was thinking.

Quick update on the status of the current kits. I just finished prepping the back parts of the helmets. Today, I'll finish the front pieces that are left. Then just need to test the pegs of every gun, and visor fitting. Thursday I plan to start packaging. I have no idea how long that will take. But if today's plan goes as scheduled, I'll have a batch of kits mailed Friday, with the rest on Saturday.
