    I'm surprised how good Kanan #1 was, better than Star Wars and up around Princess Leia and Darth Vader for me

    Vader #5's preview at the end of #4 has green and yellow lightsabers on it. Perhaps Vader goes through a "Cave of Dagobah" type of ordeal?

    Probably because it's creating its own material as opposed to stretching out an existing one.

    Decided to give Star Wars another chance and bought issue 4, glad I did because it was a marked improvement on the last couple of issues.

    Yeah, I feel like that might have been the best issue yet, but for me, it's probably because it lines up with Vader's book so well.

    Can't wait, looks like it will be brutal. I hope the comic explores the trauma of Order 66 for Kanan.

    Another good Kanan issue. Loved the Kasmiri ship design.

    I just read the issue. My face when I read that page, what the fuck. Also, new headcanon:

    I love the final page though: the anger, the hate, all caused by a single word.

    Yeah, it ends before we get any real explanation.

    I'm guessing they either separated, or it was some union that she acknowledges and he doesn't.

    Darth Vader continues to excel, the last 7 pages were some of the best comic book storytelling I have ever read, and some of the best Star Wars writing in any medium.

    Star Wars has picked up a lot in the past couple of issues. Lukes fight with Boba Fett was really well done I thought. The surprise from Hans past is great, not sure why so many people are angry about it.

    Princess Leia is still very enjoyable, I'll be sad when it ends.

    Because, unless Marvel pulls off something actually NEW AND CREATIVE, this "plot twist" will be either A) trite and played out in SO many other stories or B) will make 2 of the biggest and most honorable characters in the SW universe come off as suddenly schleppy adulterers, and then have BIG facts about their life shoe-horned into canon only to be never mentioned again.

    I think the plot twist with Han will probably play out like that one episode of Firefly where
    Mal had a wife.
