I guess Supergirl will be the current version, unless they merge the 2 Kara's (perish the thought, a Supergirl with Power Girl's temper)

I agree, piss poor writing. Great idea, should be kept but the writers are going to have to acknowledge it.

Also, if they remove Power Girl in some kind of infinite crisis nonsense then I will Loose. My. Shit.

One of the last characters that's actually fun to read about and not spending her time have existential crisis about the nature of her work. Just costume on, punch the bad guy in the face, go swimming with best friend.

PG better not go away. PG's costume better not be altered too much either. I can deal with giving most of the other women pants or something sensible, but come on! Comics need to have a little cheese now and then, and who's better to serve the ass kickin' cheesecake roll than Power Girl!?

Eh, you might be surprised. The last big uproar anyone had with Supergirl was whens he started wearing shorts underneath her microskirt. There was a really vocal group who wanted their panty shots back.

I wouldn't mind seeing Supergirl in a full body version of the costume actually, plus it might give both parties what they want :p

so im totally going to try and get into this reboot situation, im gonna grab all of the batman comics (batman/detective/ect) static shock, and maybe a few others when they get released. But, i do have a problem with this whole thing: Zatanna. Zatanna is the only book in my pull list lately (her and batman beyond) and her ongoing is actually pretty good, but i dont see any #1 for her on the list. Same goes for batman beyond, is he going back into un-canonicity or are they going to continue him on earth-12 like he is now. i dont know the " end" of flash point but i heard that FP was the starting factor to this and that the reboots are the end result.

    so...

Got some images of the Superman reboot character: DC Relaunch: A Brand New Look For Superman, Supergirl And Superboy Bleeding Cool Comic Book, Movies and TV News and Rumors It might just be me, but Supergirl is looking more like Kara Zor-L than Kara Zor-El there. I will be effing pissed if the two have been amalgamated.

The more I've been thinking about these relaunch titles, the more I'm starting to wonder if DC really has any idea what it's doing. There are quite a few of these books that are really obscure and/or niche characters and I'm not sure how many of those will be able to maintain an audience. Batman, Superman, the Justice League, Legion of Super-Heroes... those guys have a built-in audience. Stuff like Firestorm, JL Dark, and Stormwatch should work well in a good creator's hands. But does anyone really think that Frankenstein, Sgt Rock, OMAC, or Mister Terrific will last more than 12 issues? At least a good quarter of these books are titles that I cannot see lasting very long - I know DC's not as trigger-happy with cancellations as Marvel (Spider-Girl was cancelled after what, two issues actually came out? Maybe three?), but a good chunk of these have "inevitable cancellation" written all over them. Without the older books to fall back on, I feel like DC may be setting itself up for catastrophic failure here.

Zatanna is confirmed to be in the new Justice League Dark. There are also rumors that Batman Beyond is one of the few remaining titles that haven't been revealed yet. Personally, I'm getting most nervous about the lack of news on Secret Six, Power Girl, and the JSA.

Harley is is on the suicide squad with dead shot?

I added a question mark, because the costumes are so bad I can't tell.

They should have just used one of her Arkham games outfit.

I don't think many of these new edgy costumes will last long. Some of the are just awful.

FINALLY, some news on what Deadshot'll be up to. King Shark as well! Now they just need to find a way to incorporate some other members of the Secret Six (which sadly appears to be ending), as well as Amanda Waller, and I'll be totally sold on this new book.

    Question over here.

Is Blue Beetle going to be Ted Kord? Or is it still Jaime.

Does this affect all series? Like Superman/Batman too, I always buy those.
