Big fan of Linkara's vids, I hope one day he gets around to a TF comic(Carwash of Doom or New Avengers Crossover would work).
Although I don't read comics (mainly because of no comic book store near me), I love Linkara's reviews. I AM A MAN! Gold.
Well, since there are apparently several fans here I thought I would share this upcoming schedule for AT4W: Not bad from the looks of it.
I really like Linkara, he's hilarious and a really nice guy as well. I think my favorite gag is during the Amazon's Attack review where he does the "I AM A MAN" gag, and pulls back a teddy bear, much to his delight. "Bear!"
Go here. Watch them all. Be sure to start from the bottom and work your way up. If you don't you're not going to get half the jokes.
Love him. He rocks. Have you seen the new Bum video where "90's Kid" and the Bum are at Yumacon. They meet people dressed as them and they all stay in character. 90's Kids have a Dude Off. Doug is my fav though. I love the "I AM A MAN!!" joke and the "bees... my god.."
That was awesome, & I even went as 90's kid for halloween this year & might do so for I-Con(local anime/videogame/nerd convention)
Glad he's going to be covering Dark Knight Strikes Again. I think Linkara's good, but I don't read enough comics to appreciate a lot of his stuff. I have read DKSA, so I look forward to it having a new asshole ripped.
One of my faves is the review of "Micky Mantel." He took what looked to be a horribly boring comic and made it into one of the best video reviews I've watched. "Comic...good."
"WHY?! Why Make a Comic about The KOOL AID Man?" It's about time we had a AT4W thread in this forum. I can't wait for the next couple of reviews that he's soon be unleashing before us.
Oh, Linkara's blog. I remember that one. It's pretty funny, and a good way to poke fun at all the bad writing that came out of comics. Though I'm more interested in his comic pursuits, Lightbringer, and the Crossoverlord. He's really awesome, he even let me write a crossover between Lightbringer and my own comic.
