1) Neal Adams (check out his Uncanny X-Men, Green Lantern, & Batman stuff; and don't forget the classic Superman vs. Muhammed Ali special, lol - really beautiful artwork that still holds up incredibly well in comparison with subsequent generations of artists - a real innovator and influence on many comic artists in my opinion)
2) John Romita Jr. (Uncanny X-Men & Daredevil & Punisher War Zone)
3) Jim Lee (Uncanny X-Men & X-Men & Batman)
4) Marc Silvestri (Uncanny X-Men & Wolverine)
5) Walter Simonson (Thor & X-Factor & Fantastic Four)
6) Frank Miller (Daredevil & Dark Knight)
7) John Buscema (Avengers)
8) Sal Buscema (Spectacular Spider-Man)
8) Bill Sienkiewicz (Moon Knight & Elektra)
10) Ron Garney (Silver Surfer & Amazing Spider-Man)

VERY first group that popped into my head when I saw the thread.

Anything by Joe is an instant classic (His run on Sgt. Rock is legendary), while Andy and Adam have also inherited the "classic" gene.

My only complaint about the brothers is that it's hard to tell the difference between the two's work (although one is usually inking for the other, so more often than not it's a "group" project for them).

What they did on the first "Batman vs. Predator" project is some of the most beautiful & detailed artwork you'll ever see.

In no particular order:

Alex Ross
Ethan Van Sciver
Ivan Reis
George Perez
Brent Anderson
Frank Quitely
Chris Giarrusso

There's probably more, I just can't think of them offhand.

I remembered Dan Jurgens and Tom Grummet from their Superman and Adventures of Superman run.
