Ivan Reis- His GL run was amazing, and I really enjoyed the Rann/Thanagar War.
Ethan Van Sciver- GL: Rebrith and Flash:Rebirth
Doug Mahnke- weird but awesome.
John Bryne- the dude maybe be a prick, but his Uncanny X-men run was great.
Ron Garney's Ghost Rider run. It was the highpoint of his career, and IMO its been downhill ever since.
The Kuberts: Andy, Adam, & their father Joe.

I've also become a huge fan of Amanda Conner in the last couple years. She's currently on the Power Girl title and the art for that is just fantastic.  | |

I've never seen an artist with such a simplistic art style that held so much weight and energy before.
Also, Gene Colan is an all-time great, I had the pleasure of doing an interview with him and Tom Palmer a few days ago, wonderful guy.
