According to the editor's note on the inside cover, this takes place prior to AHM #1. From AHM we learned that Megatronstole the Matrix directly from Prime. Sooo... Prime would have had to somehow meet up with Metroplex, retrieve the Matrix, then get beaten down my Meg's... I suppose it's possible, it just seems so convoluted. Especially since this seems to be happening during/after the big universe spanning attacks. (Goldbug, I think, mentions that it looks like they've already lost the warl...)
My guess, then, is possibly the Magnificence. I'd be okay with that. I just hope they aren't planning introducing yet another object of vast power/knowledge/whatever. They already have 2 running around this universe... |

Any way that aside... for a spotlight on metroplex we know next to nothing about him or how he thinks or why he does things, as some one else here said this was a spotlight on the throttlebots with sixshot and metro in it. Also for some one with some many guns you'd have thought metroplex could have at least fired one. Your signature image may not exceed 40 Mega Fonzies in Coolness. -staff |

Just a bunch of one-word bubbles in all caps. It made me think he was talking in Stephen Hawking's voice, but using a BM Tankor-like "forced out" way of uttering his sentences. Really inhuman.
