Do you think all Central Power Batteries have someone body in them?

The GL and Sinestro Batteries I'm fairly certain are currently empty although we've seen Parallax has been inside both of them at one point. Can't say for certain about the Red, Blue or Indigo Batteries though, but it seems like a possibility. | |

The most I've ever know about them was their small part in Teen Titan (which by no way is a means to judge them). I really just don't care about the characters because I don't know who they are.

So Red probably it contains at least one of them, if in spirit rather than in body.
