January is "Faces of Evil" month in the DC Universe - and now, GREEN LANTERN #37 will be a "Faces of Evil" issue!

In this issue, written by Geoff Johns, with art by Ivan Reis and Oclair Albert and a cover by Shane Davis and John Dell, the prelude to "The Blackest Night" continues with "Rage of the Red Lanterns" part 3! Hal Jordan continues his journey into the deepest depths of Ysmault, unlocking the strange secrets behind Atrocitus's crimson power and witnessing a bizarre prophecy all his own.

This issue now will feature the cover originally shown in the solicitation for GREEN LANTERN #38.

And in the following month, GREEN LANTERN #38 now will feature a new "Origins and Omens" backup story. In this issue, written by Geoff Johns with art by Ivan Reis and Oclair Albert and a cover by Shane Davis and Sandra Hope, the War of Light ignites as the first bizarre battle with the Red Lanterns comes to a blood-fueled conclusion. But what unexpected fate has befallen Atrocitus, the leader of the Red Lanterns, and what new Green Lantern law is unveiled?

This issue now will feature the cover originally shown in the solicitation for GREEN LANTERN #37.

GREEN LANTERN #37 (OCT080147) is scheduled to arrive in stores on January 21, and is on Final Order Cutoff on Thursday, December 18.

GREEN LANTERN #38 (NOV080161) is solicited in the November Previews and is scheduled to arrive in stores on February 4.

Because of these changes, these issues will be made returnable at a later date.
