Newsarama has pannels from #4 of civil war, looks pretty intresting and I like the idea behind just showing pannles as opposed to the whole pages. It seems more like a trailer for an episode of a tv show in the next week. Assuming that to be true perhaps Odin takes umbrage to Blake using the power in this way and calls for Beta Ray Bill to try and stop him. Thus putting Bill with Cap evening the sides out and explaining how Bill ends up on the new Alpha Flight with Cap.
