So apparently DC is making movie parodies a plenty... See ALL IMAGES on the album linked here. Free Willy! This one is downright hilarious: This one just works extraordinarily well: Amusing... but reminds me that we still don't have a Beetlejuice 2... It's so crazy... it works.....
Ha, I'll give it to DC. They know how make awesome variants. I'd love to a modern age variant cover tpb of some kind.
I was about to say that these are great but I still prefer the 40s-style pin-ups from Bombshell month, then I noticed Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, Fire, and Ice on the JLD cover. JLI forever!
But really... that Joker one... works soooooo well. I shopped this earlier today... it's the Carrey Promo Art image of The Mask in Joker's colors:
There's more, super girl, has the wizard of oz poster, batman detective comics has the matrix ( by the way since when is red hood in batman detective comics!) I will try to find the article

I wasn't planning on geting any of these variants, but I went and ordered a copy of the Batman and Robin one. It's too cool to pass up, and I figure that five bucks shipped is better than the ten bucks my LCS charges for variant covers. This one I might actually frame and display.
