The nipples were Shumacher's idea though. It didn't occur because of the studio's influence or whatever. If the suits don't have nipples in his comic adaption, it will only because of the mass criticism he got.

Actually, Batman Triumphant would have had Scarecrow, Harley Quinn and the Joker would have indeed returned, but as a hallucination brought on by Scarecrow's fear gas. Harley would be attempting to off Batman as revenge for the Joker, who would have been her father in this version of things.

 

You're missing the point that Shumacher is interested in male nipples only.

I wonder if they'll be able to use the likenesses of the actors for this. Though if they do, I wonder what they'll do for Batman Triumphant. Assuming they're able to use Nicholson's likeness for it, I would kinda like to see them use Keaton's likeness for that last piece.

 

I'd prefer another actor, one that's very unfitting for the role.

I'm betting Val Kilmer because I think Schumacher has said he was his favorite Batman. I'd prefer Keaton too though. Unless there are bat nipples, I don't want to see Keaton wear bat nipples.

Well... that sucks. I was actually kinda looking forward to this. Oh well, there's still Snyder's and Miller's TDKR part 3 to look forward to... right?

So someone else couldn't just adapt it with the notes for the intended plot? I'm sure there must be notes somewhere, especially if people know what villains would have been in it.

That costume looks like a piece of fruit roll-up.

 

The costume department must've had an expert team of Fruit Roll Up consumers. What I always hated was when it stuck to the paper.

As far as Joel's Batman, no interest. I'm a Batman and Batman Returns kind of guy.
