From IMDB:
Tom Cruise has reportedly stopped an episode of South Park that mocks him from being aired in Britain. The show, in which Nicole Kidman and Cruise's fellow Scientologist John Travolta are depicted attempting to coax an animated version of the actor out of a closet caused controversy when broadcast in the US. The cartoon Kidman tells Cruise, "Don't you think this has gone on long enough? It's time for you to come out of the closet. You're not fooling anyone." - referring to allegations about Cruise's sexuality. According to TheRegister.co.uk, Paramount has agreed not to show the episode again, after Cruise complained. A source tells the site, "Tom is famously very litigious and will go to great lengths to protect his reputation. Tom was said not to like the episode and Paramount just didn't dare risk showing it again. It's a shame that UK audiences will never see it because it's very funny."
That was one of their best episodes ever!

Fortunately, the question of whether something will be broadcast over conventional TV has nothing to do with the likelihood of millions of people seeing it. As they say, isn't technology wonderful?

I hope this encourages Matt & Trey too make fun of him even more. This time in an episode with Pip, maybe.
Which reminds me, There's the London Church of Scientology across the road from where I work. Every damned day they try to get me to take a damned 'Stress test' or listen to them tell me about Xanu (I think).
I used to like Tom Cruise, but seriously, I can't take the man seriously any more.
Aliens...spaceships that look like B-52s, landing on volcanos... What?

This reminds me of the Sam Kinison "Tom Selleck is gay" bit...nobody would have taken it seriously if he hadn't made such a big deal about it. By fighting it so hard against any mention of the subject he keeps the speculation perpetuating rather than just moving on to the next celebrity BS story...

Xenu TV ( http://xenutv.bogie.nl/ ) use to have the episode streaming for free, but it doesn’t look like they have it any more. But they still have lots of good stuff.

I am not exactly a fan of Cruise but I think he is well within reason, I mean God forbid anyone(say Cruise) try to block others(say the South Park crew) from making money off of ones' self by roasting ones' self. Were I say a popular comedian the only person I would want to see making money off of me, by roasting me, is me. You See what I'm say'n?

He probably should'nt have done that. His uncomfortability is like fuel for Matt & Tre.
Now ther will probably be a "Pillpopping Cruise" episode where's he takes pills to fight off his homosexuality.

I hope he realizes he just dug himself in deeper. Matt & Trey will go even farther now. What an idiot, :lol
