Not sure if this is the best section for it...

With the release of Megaman X Collection, I realized that I never did pick up any of the MMX model kits. Doing some searching, I realize that I can't find just one site that has all of the ones I want, or that they are overpriced. So I was wondering if anyone here might know some good sites?

I have checked
Action-hq
Toyattack
Toy Cup
Toywiz

Some more that I can't remember right now, but I found most of them through froogle

Will keep an extra eye out

you dont want the TRU ones. those things are shit. Go with the japanese-released bandai kits. Theres X, Zero, armor upgrades for both of them, Vile, and Bit.
not much of a line-up, is it?

Should have been more specific. Yes I'm looking for the Japansese ones. The TRU ones scare me, and so do the Megaman figures there. The bodies seem decent, but their head...Haven't seen a Vile/Vava avaiable, and didn't even know there was a Bit one

I saw Vava MK2 is available(a few years in HK)

It is a bag with options weapon/armors/weapons.

All I really need is swap the Rockman's head with Vile head and change the armor.

I was searching for sites, and found a picture of the Vava model. It looked like it was in a box, but haven't Bandai released some bagged X armors before?

Checked out GKWorld, they have a few I want, but those are the ones that are out of stock.

I'm hoping to get
All 8 that include the extra pieces
X3 hyper special
Zero (black)
4th Armor
Falcon Armor
Gaea Armor (plated)
Vava/Vile yeah right...

I think that's about it. Can't find just one site...I found a site with the extra pieces one, but I emailed them and no response so far...

Be cautious with the kits if you get one. The armor on some of them (Vile) is very weak and can easily break. Viles shoulder weapon cracked right down the middle when I cut it off the sprue tree. The Japanese kits are great. Just a quick tip, if some of the parts are a little loose, get a screw driver and tighten the joints or use the superglue trick. I have about 6 of the kits and all were loose in one spot or another. Lastly, you may want to consider buying some extra elbow joints (for Gundam kits) or using some from a Gundam kit b/c they tend to split after while and then the lower arms just falls off. Don't let this discourage you though, these kits are great if you like a good mix of poseability and style.

I would like to see a decent pic of one of those model kits finished.

There are very few sites with pictures of completed models. Action-hq has pictures, but they are sold out of most of them

That model looks good

Just ordered the 8 models with the extra pieces for about $75 shipped. Will take pictures when they are complete. It probably won't be here for another month though. Does anyone by any chance know of a place that sells extra X body frames? The extra pieces will be useless, unless I decide not to build one of the other models. Also, anyone else here have any pictures of their own Rockman or Rockman X model kits

Also, for the X kits, do the kits require stickers?

That's cool. Like how you used the old Mega Man games for the background.
Sweet pic.

yup. for example, the only paint applications done by bandai for the X3 powersuit are the blue on his helmet, X's face, and the gem in the middle of his chest. every non-white color on that kit requires stickers. the stickers suck though. they peel easily, and dont always stay on. so your best bet is paint. if you suck at painting, just get some paint markers and some clear coat, and you're set.

I do suck at painting, so I will either use the stickers or paint. Any ideas on what kind of paint markers are the best? Also, can you get them anywhere?

If anyone can point me into the direction of finding a Vile MK-II figure a reward will be given to said person.
