Yeah I'm forced to agree. Normally I like Ult X-Men but that was shite. And Magneto needs to piss off. I'm fed up of him constantly comming back in every universe.

But that's the thing about the Ultimate XMen.
They've not over used Magneto so far.

He turned up in the first arc (TPB Vol 1), didn't show up till the 5th (TPB Vol 5) and 6th (TPB Vol 6) arc, and now all the way here in the 13th or 14th arc (don't know which TPB this will be, probably vol 14)

Personally, I'm liking the Ultimate series.
Gives a nice fresh spin on things, and you don't have to go in knowing like a bajillion back stories.

Contrast that to how many other actual villains we've had. So far we've had one appearance by the guy Colossus smashed with a car, one by Mojo, one by the Hellfire club, one by a watered down Sinister, one by the Von Struckers and a one page appearance by Apocalypse. How many of those villains have been villains of consequence? The Hellfire Club, Von Struckers and Sinister where almost a complete waste of time, only included to facilitate the introduction of something or other.
Magneto has had three shots now, Weapon X just keep popping and the Sentinels have been in there twice already.
So no he hasn't been overused but to me it feels like something important only ever happens when Mags, Weapon X or Sentinels show up.

The only issues of Ultimate X-men I've read was the Longshot arc from a few months back. As one might guess from my avatar, I'm a pretty big fan of that character. I wasn't especially impressed with what they did with him. Never felt the need to keep reading and/or find back issues.

I did rather like Ultimate Dazzler, though. Ultimate Jean Grey strikes me as kinda slutty, though.
