That's probably the only animated toy I'll get when I find him. Anyway, the College Drive Wal Mart had a few Bulkheads and Starscreams. That place tends to be a "hoarders" heaven, so I was surprised to see them. . .but then I noticed that the boxes were all dinged up, which probably explains why they were there at all.

BTW, if anyone reading this is a College Drive hoarder, shame on you! :)

Wal-mart near David Dr was completly stocked with Animated figures; to find the voyager ones you gotta go like 2 isles over and their sitting on top of one of the shelves. The walmart near Esplanade had just a few Deluxes and a Grimlock. Kmart didnt have jack.

The KB Toys in the outlet mall near Baton Rouge had the first-wave Animated Voyagers (I counted 1 Starscream, 1 Cybertron Megatron and 3 Bulkheads). Still had some movie line figures (Real Gears, lots of Deluxe shelf-warmers (plus a concept Bumblebee and a Stealth Bumblebee), a few Legends 2-packs, some of those movie scene things (3 Capture of Bumblebee and 2 of the one with Barricade), and the Movie Voyagers were on sale, I saw lots of Off-Road Ironhides and a couple of Incinerators and Evacs) and most of the Cybertron-in-Universe-packaging figures.

The Toys'R'Us on Veterans in Metairie has Animated, Movie Exclusives, Universe (got Sunstreaker and Prowl today), and Marvel Crossovers. I expected to see Universe in like three weeks since that's how long it usually takes to get stuff but nope. It's there two days after news breaks out.

Target on the I-10 Clearview exit also has Deep Space Starscreams. Still deciding if I should get one of those.

One of the mysterious hoarders of Louisiana appears to have come and bought all of them up. I can't tell you how many times I've seen something one day, and seen them all disappear the next around here. . .it would be funny if it didn't really suck (cuz I know that when I'm missing finding something, that this is often the reason why).

Yeah, I have seen Animated everywhere in great abundance. I think the heavy supply of these has been a strong factor. There might also be less demand, though. . .I'm a Joe collector first and a Transformers fan 2nd, so most of my experiences are from trying to get the 25th Joes, which can be really difficult to get your hands on.

Made a trip to Lafayette this weekend. Picked up Universe Prowl and Sunstreaker at TRU and also picked up Leader Bulkhead and Megatron at the Walmart on Ambassador. On my way back to Alexandria, I stopped at the Opelousas Walmart-THEY HAD EVERYTHING!!! You name it, they had it. They had so much stuff it was falling of the shelves, and I'm not exaggerating. I picked up the wave 3 deluxes and Tankor that I didn't get in Lafayette. Don't mean to ramble, just excited that i was able to find everything.
