I came home from KBees with both the Destructicons. I agree with those that say they feel like knock-offs, they are fairly loose and feel kinda cheap, but overall they aren't too bad. Nice additions to my collection.

No new sightings, but my local Wal*Mart just restocked....and it looks like their trying to get rid of their overstock, hopefully to make room for all the new shizzat comming in....there were at LEAST 12 Hot Shots on the pegs:redface....a bunch of Pants Primes (not Powerlinx)....the newest toys they had were the Sea Minicons, Thundercracker and Galvatron, all in abundance as well. Like I said, I'm hoping they are just making room in the back for all the new stuff comming in:thumb:

Just got home from my two hour hunt....was slightly successful. I found Terrorsaur at a Fred Meyer, and also my Toys R Us had about 14 Reissue Prowl's on the shelf, so I am excatic about that.....popped open the box, and almost teared up when the sweet sweet smell of rubber tires and chrome wafted into my nostrils:lol Pure 80's Nostalgia right there:thumb:

I found the two new Minicon sets at Wal*Mart yesterday...they are sweet! Decent size, and in my opinion Prowl and Firebot have better working articulation then the Street Speed Team.

I dropped by my Wal*Mart this morning to see if they had stocked any TF:U toys....and nope. But they did have Powerlinx Prime. I didn't get him since I already have the original pants Prime, but I thought I'd post the sighting here anyway.

Both Wal*Mart and Toys R Us were stocked with the Transformers: Universe Deluxes. No sign of Optimus Primal or razorclaw, but I bought Reptillion Purplebolt and Snarl. They do look better in 'person' but why the purple...WHY?! Meh, still cool since I missed out on all of 'em the first time around:thumb:

Nothing 'new' exactly, but my Wal*Mart had The Dark Sabre team (Air Assault, I couldn't remember) Street Speed, Adventure, and Space Minicon teams in the Unicron Battles packaging.

My Target had TFU Striker and Blackarachnia. I eagerly passed on Striker, but picked up the last BA.

Also Wal*Mart had three Unicrons and Toy's R Us was massively stocked up with at least three shelves packed with every Gigacon, and two shelves packed with Maxcons. The Supercon racks were nothing but (as they have been since November of last year) with Sideways and Smokescreens. Toys R Us also had an impressive display of about 10 Unicrons.

I didn't buy it, but a Target near my town had about six Powerlinx Jetfires. If I bought any repaints, I would definitely get this one, i think it looks pretty sweet. Still haven't seen Predacon yet, but I'm still on the look out. In fact, I'm on my way to Target now:)

My Local TRU Had quite a few Commemorative Hoists and Infernos on Tuesday. I skipped on both of them since my original '85s are still in pretty good shape:thumb: If I had money though, I'd probably have broken down and got 'em though. :( I stopped ack by today to see if they had Tracks since mine is is poor shape, but didn't see any. I'm pleased to see that there is someone else in Boise who is spending far too much time going around to the same six or seven stores in a futile attempt to find new Transformers. I'm also impressed that you decided to pay $24 to buy the entire Universe Defensor. I was excited at first to find it, but I decide that there was no way that I would drop $4 per robot. I'm not sure if you already have these items, but near the back of the KB liquidation store you can find the Bumblebee and Cliffjumper keychains (I picked up Brawn and Windcharger at a KB up in WA). Also, at the Burlington Coat factory on Fairview, you can get the cheap knock-off versions of Devastator, Defensor, or Superion, once again, if you don't already have them. I've passed on Silverstreak several times in anticipation that Hound might actually show up one of these days. If you come across him, please let me know.

Hey how's it going? Welcome to Idaho. I went to high school in Meridian....nice place. If you're up to travelling, The WalMart on Overland in Boise now consistently has Silverstreak. I found Hound there at the end of June, but I haven't seen him since. I'm out pretty regularly searching for new Energon stuff, so I'll let you know where and when I see Hound again. I'm on my way to Burley tomorrow through Wednesday for a teaching gig....I'll be stopping by Twin Falls to see if SOMEPLACE in Idaho is getting something new :redface :)

It looked like the Universe figures were well overpriced at $24.99, but the price tag could have been to something else. They also have the new Optimus Prime and Megatron weapons, if you are into those things.

The price on them were 19.99 I picked up one of the Whirls and the Magna Stampede/ Stockage pack. The Target still had one of the Whirls left, I put it in the back of the stack in case one of you guys wanted it later. I also noticed Target had the Roleplay wepaons, if anyone's into those.

i knew that my area (milwaukee) was about 043 -088 ... so i looked for one around there. Sure enough i found one.

also directly underneath each coordinate there is a time.

the time for mine happens to be 15:35 PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)

to check the time difference go to www.ebay.com

their time is in PDT

so whatever is going to happen is going to start when the timer runs out

and at each location at that specific time....

I went to other forums on the subject... to see if i could find out anything else, but most of them are messing with the game.

but i did find out that there were originally different coordinates. so i looked up the original milwaukee coordinates... and it was 61st and north.

now i looked at a few GPS sites. and both of the milwaukee locations are in the middle of the street. So I'm guessing that there will be a van or something giving out something. Hopefully a playable demo

alot of people are thinking waaay tooo hard about this, but I figure if they are doing something they won't make it too teribly difficult to figure out, because then nobody would show up.

I think it's a safe bet something will happen at these locations at those times. so I'm leaving work at noon on tuesday, hopefully I'll see a bunch of people there also.

Shockblast is definitely worth the money. Pretty decent articulation, plus I love the single eye light piping. it's a cool toy. Cliffjumper is alright, but if you're looking to get it, I'd suggest waiting until it goes on sale.

I totally agree about the alt mode....I like it because it looks pretty menacing but in robot mode, Shockblast is the Gem of the Energon megas so far!

Thanks. Actually, I've found that if you turn him into a modified "base", you can have some other Decepticon man the gun and it looks pretty good. I really wish that he could bend his left arm. It severly limits his articulation and also causes him to tend to fall to his left.

Best looking alt mode yet. But I am a little biased....Vipers are my favorite sports car, and black is my favorite color...robot mode is pretty cool, but the same drawbacks Sideswipe has are there on Dead End on course. Good luck on the hunt!

Well, so much for my "scoop". I found Dead End, Hounds, et al during lunch today. I didn't bother picking Dead End up for the same reason I haven't bought a Silverstreak. I'm glad you managed to find him...I considered hiding Dead End and posting his location so one of you could get him first, but I guess it didn't matter. And you were right about the beat up packages. They were thrashed pretty badly. As far as the new Energon look goes, I'm not sure I like the red packages, but at least they are easy to spot.

I'm really hoping the Newer Energon stuff starts to hit....Bulkhead, Tow-Line and Downshift have been sighted in Oregon for about a month (I think), and I know Sharkticon and Slugslinger have started popping up. Those are the main one's I'm looking for anyway. That Silver Hot Shot repaint is out and about as well, but I'm not too keen on that. I'm not sure when Alternators Tracks and Meister are due out, but I really don't think they'll be here for awhile.

They hadn't put out any new TFs yet, so I went back on my way to Work yesterday morning, and they still didn;t have anything new on the shelf. The pegs are completely bare so I'm hoping they restock within the next couple days. Either that or they don't understand that to get revenue comming in, they need to put out some new product....either one is forseeable :rolleyes2

He's ok in my opinion. He's got a crazy transformation for his size but I dont really like his arm articulation...it just seems really wobbly for me. I just picked up the Megatron vs. Prime set at TRU, which they presumably got in yesterday. I've been looking forward to this set because I haven't felt like dropping the money to buy the full-sized versions of each of them. Prime is now a Powerlinx Autobot and Megatron is just smaller. I love having another Powerlinx figure and I've never been too crazy on the combiner Optimus Prime, so I really like that figure. The small Megatron is scaled better to the rest of my Decepticons that the big Megatron, so I'm also pleased with that figure. Also, TRU is still having their free basic with any $19.99+ purchase, so I finally picked up a Perceptor for free.

They still had one Demolishor left. And fred meyers up on Overland and five mile road have about 4 shockblasts hiding on the top shelf. Nothing new at KMart either. I bought Energon Hotshot about a month ago and I didnt think I would like him but he's pretty sweet for a repaint. Kinda wicked to powerlink him to his other version too. Happy hunting.

Found Grimlock and Swoop at the Meridian Wal-Mart and Wing Saber at the Overland Wal-Mart on Tuesday. I only saw the one of each, but each store also had one Beachcomber if you're looking for it.

Grimloc and Swoop are ok I guess, Grimlock (obviously) being my favorite TF Character I was a little diappointed, but the Dino mode is ok. Swoop's robot mode is pretty cool, but I cannot decipher how to combine the two with hasbro craptacular instructions. I have them on display in Dino mode anyway so it's not a big deal.

Wing Saber is pretty terrible...Armada Scavenger has more articulation then him. The only thing I bought it for is the cool limbs he makes for Optimus Prime.

If you don't have the extra cash I highly suggest skipping out on these.

I was just up in Washington for Thanksgiving but I didn't find anything new. All of the TRUs up there have Tidal Wave and Scorponok green tagged and I suppose that you could get that same price down here, if you haven't picked them up yet. I hope that reissue Sideswipe shows up sooner or later. It's obnoxious that Ricochet is series 9 and has a picture of Sideswipe which is from series 8.

I also bought one of the Richochets at TRU this afternoon....I still say that $37 for an Autobot Car just because its got a Targetmaster partner is highway robbery, but oh well.

Well I found stormjet down here at Wal Mart in Mtn Home today but nothing else. I wish the other guys were out too so i could combine them, the pic on the back of the box of Superion looks pretty sweet.

Last night I saw both combiners at the Meridian Walmart at the bottom of a giant pile of Transformers. Meridian Shopko had plenty of those Armada repaint battle packs, Smokescreen vs. Hoist, Ultra Magnus, and so on. Nothing at Overland Walmart. I'm still trying to track down Tracks as well as the Kicker/Highwire and Grimlock/Swoop sets.

TRU had several of the Kicker/Highwire packs last night Mirage. I found Steamhammer and Storm Jet there as well. I bought the latter two but left Kicker and Highwire. Like I said there were several, so hopefully there's one left for you!

I found Alternators grimlock and Swindle at the Meridian Walmart last night. They weren't with the rest of the Transformers.....if you're looking at the TF display, to the left is shelves of little kids toys, then to the left of that on the bottom shelf was a big stack of unnoticed Alts. They had Meister, Tracks, Grimlock and Swindle. I saw several Grimlocks, and I tried to put the Tracks and a couple Grimlocks under the pile in the back. Good luck!

Awesome find! I'll be up that way probally tommorow hopefully they'll be one Grimlock left. Did you pick him up by chance? Last night at my wal mart round 1230 I saw 2 cases saying transformer Energon mega 6 pieces. The gal wouldn't let me open them up. I went to the store first thing this morning and couldn't find anything new. I looked everywhere they musta took them back into storage. As always thanks for the heads up! :thumb

I did buy both Swindle and Grimlock. I like Swindle even though the only differences between him and Hound is the front attactahment, head and colors.

Grimlock is absolutely amazing. The best Alternator released thus far even though he's a complete bitch to transform (it doesn't help that, as always, Hasbros instructions are absolutely worthless. I ended up figuring out most of it on my own.) The car mode is gorgeous, as is the silver coloring. He is easy to pose and the weight is pretty well distributed. Grimlock is totally one of my favorite TFs of all time list.

I considered starting a thread about how I repent of my sins because I wasn't too happy with Grimlock being a Mustang. I've lightened up a LOT lately, removed the rod up my ass and started beong thankful for what we're given. Halelujias and Praise his names! :thumbs2:

That's great! I was just over at Meridian Walmart the other day and didn't see anything. I'll try to get the Tracks if I can. I picked up four of the combiner limbs at Target this afternoon. They still had a few left, but not too many. Two were Constructicon and two were Superion, I haven't had a chance to open them up yet. Also, I got Kicker at TRU. That set has to be one of the strangest TF toys ever.

The wal mart down here has the Energon Mega 2 packs for 20 bucks. Only ones they had was ironhide and jetfire...good price for these two but I already bought them last year for 20 a piece :banghead:

Good luck finding anything right now. All TRU has is some reissues and the Megatron/Optimus Fullsize 2 pack (for $45! A very good deal). There aren't any TFs left on the pegs at Target and hardly any at Overland Walmart. The only place that seems to be having trouble moving toys is Fred Meyer. I suppose if they would ever get anything new in, I might consider buying it.

Yeah I noticed TRU and Target's shevles are bare....I was at Target today and they had a sincle Signal Flare, a couple megas and a few Omega Sentinals. I might stop by Wal-Mart early (as in 1-2 am) to see if they restock for the Christmas eve rush, but I'm not really planning on seeing anything new until after the New Year.

Yeah there selling good down here too which is a good thing. Hopefully this means they'll get more new stuff out on the shelves after x-mas. And then theres always the holiday clearance as well. I only had time to run by the Overland Walmart yesterday and they didn;t have much, a few A;t. Silverstreaks, just a few basics, a couple Ironhides and a couple Steamhammers. It looks like they are rearranging the toy section again since I almost missed what they did have because it was covered up by some battleships at the time. I'll be checking around tonight or Tuesday....I'm hoping the four new gestalt limbs that were sighted in Chicago turn up here soon.

Hey guys...did a hunt today and picked up the combiner limbs at Target thanks for the heads up. Still a ton of them at Meridian and Caldwell Walmart too. Also there was an ALT Tracks at the Caldwell Wal Mart and I hid him behind a pile of about 8 Silverstreaks if your still wanting him Mirage. Dont waste anytime going to the Overland Wal Mart...that place has been raped ugh. I love these combiners :thumb

Thanks Guile, but I don't think I'm going to be able to come up with an excuse to drive all the way out to Caldwell...although it is very tempting. I figure if I can't pick up a Tracks, then I'll just have to try and get a Ravage. I'm not sure if I like Ravage's head, but I love the Black Corvette.
Shopko is still working on getting rid of their TFs. I got a Bulkhead for $14.90 at the Broadway Shopko the other day. There was only one Dreadwing left at the Broadway store, but if you haven't gotten all of the large TFs you might want to swing by some of the other ones.

stopped by the Meridian Walmart on my way home from work and they had Alternators Meister and Swindle. I hid them both on top of some Energon Megatrons next to the Alts (they are on the bottom shelf under the Energon Megas). They had plenty of limbs and Steamhammers, but nothing new unfortunately.

Speaking of Walmart, there's still absolutely nothing at the Overland store. I haven't been collecting the remolds so I'm not really interested in Swindle, and I've already got Jazz, er, I mean Meister. I'm still on the lookout for Tracks, Grimlock, and Windcharger. I'm surprised that we haven't gotten any more of the Grimlock/Swoop two packs or Wingsaber. If you don't pick up a toy the first time you see it, it might never show up again.

Definitely, thats the only way I justify spending money half the time....I've only seen two of the Grimlock/ Swoop packs, and only one Wing Saber; the one I bought. I'm still keeping an eye out for Grimlock for you guys, I'll hide him good when I come across him :thumb

Yup Barricade is the third combiner body....it's actually a hell of a lot better then Steamhammer and Stormjet...I'm looking forward to all the limbs being released!

I just noticed the other day that the unreleased limbs for Superion and "Devastator" are just repaints of the released limbs. I'm very disappointed about this. I guess that I hadn't payed attention to the picture. Do you guys know if the Combaticon combiner is doing the same thing? Also, there aren't any Barricades or anything else new left at Target.

Yeah it's the truth unfortunatly. So it is possible to assemble the combiners with two of each figure. I think it's a cheap cop out but what can ya do about it. And yes Bruticus is the same...all the combiners only have 3 molds to the set with two repaints for the arms and legs. I played around and created a half devastator half superion guy and wasnt too impressed either. Oh and as usual nothing new at my wal mart down here .

Mirage, if you're looking for a Barricade Boise Target restocked and had a couple, as well as a few of the Highwire/Kicker sets if you were interedted in those.

Oh and yes I agree, the limbs repainted is pretty cruddy, I wish they could have at least remolded them even a little....oh well I suppose.

Thanks Grimlock. I'll see if I can't find my way out to Target to get a Barricade. I already picked up a Kicker. I try not to think about how much it cost, but I enjoy having Kicker stand next to Ironhide. I was interested in Alpha Quintesson until I saw what the toy looked like. I can't believe that they are putting that thing on the market.

Yeah, Alpha-Q is pretty campy....I'm going to get it solely on nostalgia since its the first Quintesson toy released, but the first thing I'm going to do is rip off those retarded chainsaw things.

By the way, still nothing new at the Walmarts on State street and in Meridian. However, the Eagle Target had a lone Energon Galvatron. It's still there if anyone's interested.
