Has anyone seen anything new in Kentucky? In lexington, Target has finally gotten some new stuff like Jetfire, but I got the last one, so I don't know if they have any more. The TRU in Lexington has ZERO Transformers. I don't know why they don't have any. And walmarts have finally gotten the Camo Ruination set. Thanks!

So far in Louisville, i have seen (and purchased) jetfire only @ the hurstebourne lane wal-mart. That was weeks ago and have not seen him anywhere since. No thrust or anything that new anywhere.

The new go-bots ARE all over the larger targets and walmarts- no prob finding everything from prowlbot to strongbot.

I DID also find the complete first wave of jijoe spytroops aplenty this past saturday morning @ the dixie hwy wal-mart.
they utterly rock! Finaly a nice assortment of interesting NEW cobra characters.

Overkill and Scalpel, and the new Crimson Guard are utterly badass. The overall sculpt quality is definetely getting better and better, the accessories becoming cooler and more useful in the appearance and display of these characters.

Even the "spytroop" gimmick is pretty cool. Nicely done helmets and snap on armour are mostly the disguises. pretty cool.

Central Kentucky,
Lexington's Target now has Jetfire and most of the new stuff. If anyone is interested and is from central ky.
Most of the other stores have almost all the new stuff sold out before christmas.

madisonville, ky kmart has easter baskets with knockoffs in them. so far i have seen devastator, defensor, and a beast wars t-rex megatron. devastator is pretty solid. defensor is very sub-par. i wouldn't bother with that one. haven't picked up the megatron yet.

Found one complete set of new minicons (dark sabre, land military repaint, sea team) at the target on Hourstbourne lane. There was at least one set of three left plus a couple extra sea teams. Galvatron seems to be everywhere now, at least at most Targets and Wal-Marts.

I was pleased to see that the land military team repaints ARE different characters. At least they have different names. Broadside, Fetch, and Scattor. I'm sure that's not news but is is to moi.

Today (03/14/03) i was pleased to locate Thrust and Sideswipe at the Dixie Hwy Wal-Mart! I left several thrusts behind, alas only one sideswipe remained... Found them both not on the pegs but in one of several "stacks" of the 9.99 amrada toys that were filling in gaps on the bottom shelf of the gondola. The isle was messy as hell... good luck!:thumb:

They have plenty at the TRU in Lexington, that's only about a 45 minute drive from Louisville, if you want to drive that far..Hope this helps. They also have Starscream, but I think $35.00 is too high!

TRU in lexington has PMOP, Reissue Thundercracker, Reissue Sliverstreak(Bluestreak), at least 40 Armada Supercons, Everybody thorugh wave 4. The Walmart in Nicholasville has at least 150 Supercons! No kidding, they must have gotten a ton of cases! They are all stacked and displayed on a endcap! Thrust's and Sideswipes are Plentiful!!Along with a just a few Cyclonus and Demolishers..Tons of prime, a few hot shots, a ton of blurrs, and about a dozen smokescreens!

Dreadwind and Smokejumper still havent made it to target yet and still no Dinobots..

Yesterday, 08/20/03 found Powerlinx Thrust, Hot Shot and Cyclonus as well as Armada Cheetor at the Target on Westport Road in St. Matthews. Bought the one of each that was on the shelf. Also, same day at Meijer's Preston Found 2x Armada "Predacon"s and 2x Powerlinx Red Alert. I left one of the Preds and passed on both Red Alerts. These toys are out in Louisville! Good luck.


By the way, P.L. Hotshot rocks! I dislike the original, but the splashy red paintjob and remolded "mature" face make this a very decent toy and a sweet follow up to "HotRod". :ROCK

KayBee @ the mall in St. Mathews had one complete set of six Protectobots! Now they are Infinitron's! Bwahahah. Have not opened yet but they look super sweet! Really nice quality. He had one more complete set behind counter which was on hold for someone... hope it's one of you board members! Anyway, check out the other KB's in the area for a chance to pick these up.

I've had trouble finding past exclusives @ the Louisville KB's as well. Never even got in the "G1" Spychangers at all. Also- if you DO find the Protectobots be carefull. After opening them I discovered that one of the "arm pieces" was mis-packed. I have 2 left hands. :inquisiti Oh well, with the gun in place you can't tell anyway...

Overall it's a really neat toy- very nice molding, paint aps and plastic quality. Be warned however that it's a total brick as Defensor, even the arms will not move due to chestplate. But verymuch worth it! Sweet looking piece to display. My favorite is the ambulance. Really unique transformation and color scheme as robot.

When I found Defensor @ Mall St Matthews the "manager guy" really didn't know anything about what or when they received anything, so I wouldn't trust that any particular employee of our local KB's really has a clue. Also, I in fact found Megabolt and Jhiaxus both at the Jefferson Mall location, although that was at least 3 or 4 months ago. In other words, don't give up altogether on finding these locally.

But if you can get them for a good price on e-bay, why not? God only knows how much I spend on gas alone for my hunts all year. I've been known to start @ midnight and hit all six walmarts and three meijers in louisville, followed by a 45 min. trek to Scottsburg, In. (new stuff just sits there like treasure in Scottsburg- found a Mirage there over 2 WEEKS AGO!) :ROCK

I located it a couple days after reading his post- it's called "Galaxy of Heroes". Tiny little place but complete line of new comics and an assload of toys. Worth a look for sure. He has a few of the first wave of World's Smallest TF's for sale for 10 bucks and under (Ops' trailer however is 25$ ugh). He had op, op trailer, sideswipe, starcream, bumblebee and soundwave. I got the last Starscream but he has at least a couple each of the rest.

But in additon to a fairly nice TF assortment he has GIjoe, star wars, and mucho other cool stuff. :thumb:

Anyway, I was just out there this afternoon and they had a "collection buyout" from an adult collector. They were almost all complete loose figures with tech specs, bagged and very well taken care of. A lot of them looked absolutely new from the stickers to the total lack a plastic wear or discoloration. Great stuff, everything from orig power op, original g1 cars and jets to micromasters, insecticons and throttlebots. All kinds of stuff!

The best part is the "stickered" prices were great. 25 bucks for a mint complete targetmaster kup. 43 bucks for a near mint complete perceptor. (for examples). I headed to the register to snag my sweet flawless paint and sticker 25$ complete kup, (woo hoo) And guess what? Manager tells me that all prices are actually half of the sticker price! I went back and got perceptor as well. Kup for 12.50!!! Perceptor for about 22!! And after opening and inspecting i was blown away! I am happy that these flawless little jewels have found a worthy home.


I encourage any who can to check all the stuff out there out! There's something probably for any g1 fan and it's a great quality for very nice prices!

Is Pet's Comics the name of the place , looked it up and it was'nt listed. I live right behind Jmall so it's just down the street so if you remember exactly where it was it would be awesome.

It's either "pet's comics" or "petshop comics". Do you you know where Preston hwy meets the Gene Snyder? Their is a fairly new Meijers out there and and a Super Wal mart a ways further south. Well just about a mile further than the Walmart on preston is a shopping center on the right. The comice shop is there kinda right in the middle. :D

I think they are open like 12pm- 6 or 7pm.

Other than Pet's and Great Escape/ Toy Crazy which you mentioned, there is also "comic book world" on shephardsville road (comics and new toys only) and "pulp heroes" on eastern blvd. in Clarksville (comics, all kinds of toys).

There's one Omega Supreme at Wal-Mart in Benton. They had two, but I picked up one of those two. I dunno if this is normal for Omega at Wal-Mart or if the girl at the register screwed up in my favorite but he only cost me $35. I was expecting $50. I'm not complaining, though.

Kmarts on Poplar Level Road and Breckenridge Lane each awash in Crystal Widow vs Oil Slicks... Oil Slick is actually pretty cool, remolded Decepticon symbol on chest is nice...


Also, this may be of intrest to some of you- same kmarts had by the looks of it their first minor shipment of the new Batman construction sets by Art Asylum. They had The 20$ Batwing and the 10$ Bat Glider with Bats and Catwoman. I picked up the latter for the hell of it and they seem to be pretty cool. I was pleased to see that in addition to the "in package" Batman's garish "stealth suit" he had extra change-of-cloths accessories to look more like the classic modern batman. highly recomended!

The box to one I found was all beat to hell so I'll prolly regret it when Im looking for Dead End and all I see are Silverstreaks everywhere. i knew that my area (milwaukee) was about 043 -088 ... so i looked for one around there. Sure enough i found one.

also directly underneath each coordinate there is a time.

the time for mine happens to be 15:35 PDT (Pacific Daylight Time)

to check the time difference go to www.ebay.com

their time is in PDT

so whatever is going to happen is going to start when the timer runs out

and at each location at that specific time....

I went to other forums on the subject... to see if i could find out anything else, but most of them are messing with the game.

but i did find out that there were originally different coordinates. so i looked up the original milwaukee coordinates... and it was 61st and north.

now i looked at a few GPS sites. and both of the milwaukee locations are in the middle of the street. So I'm guessing that there will be a van or something giving out something. Hopefully a playable demo

alot of people are thinking waaay tooo hard about this, but I figure if they are doing something they won't make it too teribly difficult to figure out, because then nobody would show up.

I think it's a safe bet something will happen at these locations at those times. so I'm leaving work at noon on tuesday, hopefully I'll see a bunch of people there also.

Yesterday @ St. Matthews Target, I found Doom-Lock, Command Ravage and several of the basics in the groovy new packaging. Snagged C. Ravage and D-Lock but left a bunch of Arcees and Insecticons in the new Packaging. (if yer inta the varient packaging and all. i'm sure as hell not, as I am a break it free of its bonds and display that bitch kind of guy.)

The Ravage and Lock repaints are at least more groovy finds the the now common Strongarm and Signal Flares...

If I can't find any NEW TOYS (NOT REPAINTS OR EVEN UNIVERSE) on this weekend's hunt I may well have a g.d. nervous breakdown! I'm losin' it, people! Shockblast! Shockblast! It could be worse guys. You could be stuck in the Western part of the state. We've not seen anything very new in a looooong time. The Wal-Mart here in Benton put out a few Omega Supremes in Powerlinx Battle packaging, but that's it. Most stores don't have anything past the first assortments of Energon and the first two Alternators. I have hope, though, that we may get some new toys within the next year or so (yes, it can take that long for new TF's to pop up sometimes)...since I actually want to buy some of the newer stuff.

I just got home from the Meijers on Preston in louisville. They had just put out some new Universe figs. They had 2 Magna stampede w/ stockade, 2 autobot whirl, and get this: a Soundwave w/space case. I wasn't aware that this figure was even out yet. I looked on Allspark in their sightings forum and Universe Soundwave doesn't even have a thread. At least, I couldn't find it.

And the guy was putting out 2 new cases of energon basics. I'm not sure exactly what was in them, but I did see Arcee.

This might be old news to some, but Toys r us is having a pretty killer clearance sale at the moment. Anything with a green tag is half off the green tag price. But there are some items that aren't stickered that will ring up at half off as well. This includes Energon Scorponok and Tidal wave. So if any of you guys have been looking to pick up either of those figs, now is the time at $15 each. (picked up a couple for myself today :wink: )

They did have 1 sharkticon and 1 slugslinger(he's cool as hell), I passed on them. Next, I found 2 TFU crystal widow vs Oil Slick sets in the K-mart on Taylorsvill rd.

It seemed like every place I stopped had some new red package energon basics like Offshoot, doom-lock, command ravage, energon strongarm etc. The new stuff's pouring in, keep your eyes open.

The Wal-mart on Preston highway finally restocked tonight. The only real cool stuff I saw were 2 Bulkheads, 1 Landquake and 2 Alternator Silverstreaks.

I stopped by the Target on Dixie HWY yesterday. They had one each of Universe Swerve and the Air Raid/Windshear 2 pack. I left them although I wish I would have gotten Swerve. He's pretty cool looking.

I had know idea kmart and costco were affiliated but sure enough Kmart has these on the shelf. I left 4 behind.

Has anyone else found these at Kmarts? Might be old news but definitely good news if you don't have a local Costco, like louisville transfans.

I spotted 2 right hand drive Alternator Silverstreaks at the Wal-mart on Preston hwy. They also had 1 Shockblast, 1 Dreadwing, 1 Cliffjumper, and 1 Energon Ironhide.

I picked up a Wing Saber and a Grimlock/Swoop set at the Meijer on Preston Hwy. I left behing a Beachcomber. They also have a load of Landquakes and Bulkheads.

awe chit man, I used to live right by that Kmart then moved my Jmall and just ebayed Checkpoint & Prowl for 25$, I knew Ishould have went to that Kmart first. That's also where I found my Alt Hound & Silverstreak

The Wal-mart on Preston has some of the new combiner limbs. They had a few Treadshots, 1 Sky Shadow, 2 Duststorms and another construction that I can't remember. I think it was Wedge.

actually, the preston store has the mid aisle set up kiosk, but its easy to miss, when looking for the combiner deluxes, be to sure to remember at wal mart they are a different price point , ao they tend to be keeping them away from the other deluxes, they also have storm jet, steamhammer, and the othere currently released limbs as of friday morning at 9 am, by the way, pm overlord1972, it would help if you put which locations you found stuff at, i'd like omega sentinel, but i cant even tell which part of kentucky you are in
