Ok, since on Wal Mart computers they list a Deluxe Starscream, the question is what incarnation. My theories are
1) Armada: At a deluxe size, the look could work without as many features and more articulation.
2) Cybertron: at deluxe size, it does work for War Within
3) Machine Wars: not sure on that one, it wasn't that popular back then
3) G2 colors
4) re-issue of the Classics design

I REALLY hope it's a new Armada Screamer, I love the jet mode on that, and to have a bot mode that is good would be most excellent.

Seconded. *MAYBE* in slightly different colors, (G1-esque?) like the yellow and black reissue of Classics Bumblebee in that Wal-Mart 2 pack. Maybe G2 colors, but I highly doubt it's a new mold. Only other recent Deluxe I can think of is the Energon one, and it is essentially an F-22 like the movie incarnation.... so that could be a possibility too.

or maybe the name is a placeholder for the Seeker mold. Could it be another Rainmaker or Sunstorm?

It was a Botcon 2007 exclusive, maybe this will be in Actionmaster TC colors lol.

I would love it to be Armada Starscream, but I'd settle for a rerelease of the classics version with ,possibly, better paint apps. As I do not own him yet.

The Classics mold in Armada colours would be neat.

The Armada mold is kinda sucky, IMO, so I'm gonna say no to it in G1 colours.

And I'd KILL for a Classics AM Thundercracker.

It was a Botcon 2007 exclusive, maybe this will be in Actionmaster TC colors lol.

Oh but of course it is, we wouldn't want it to be too easy or cheap for me to get all the seekers now would we?!?!?

Wait, there are still people that are bitter about it? Wow....I thought that everybody, if not most people, had gotten over it by now.

On-topic, I'm hoping that it's an Armada Starscream homage. He could use a new toy, and a Deluxe sized one would be perfect, imo.

I've just gotten back into collecting the toys within the last 6-8 months or so. I dabbled back during Beast Wars/Machines and then fell out of it during college. The movie (like many others I suspect) is what really brought me back to Transformers so I'm not completely up to date on stuff like that.

Doesn't make me any less bitter though.

Yeah, just keep scouring eBay for the seekers or get the Japanese versions. Or customize.

For SS, maybe Storm Jet, as a Autobot (remember RID?)

I honestly hope it is Sunstorm or another Rainmaker but barring that I wouldn't mind a reissue of the Classics mold. It is such an awesome figure.
