We all know this experience. Walk into the store with your money. There's two guys you want but you can only get one. Who do you pick? Ahh, the memories. Share your toughest decisions modern or from your childhood.
Mine:
Movie Starscream
Armada Megatron.
For most people this probably is a no-brainer. Get the older one. But Starscream was pretty cool! I wanted him. I couldn't decide, so I waited a while to see if the store would get extra Starscream's. They never did, but for Christmas I got Megs. (It was cool. This store actually carries old Armada guys, with the sound still working.)
There was also the time I found 80$ in my room. Went loco over what to buy.
I ended up getting Henkei, Megs and Screamer, Reign Of Starscream 3, and Halo 3 Arbiter mcfarlane.
What's your story?

When I bought Animated Prowl and Lockdown from TRU when the 3 for 2 offer was on, and had to choose between Cybertron Prime and Bumblebee for the freebie.
Chose Prime.

I had that problem too, except I had to choose between Cyb Prime and Prowl 'cos Bumblebee and Lockdown were on my 'must buy' list. Went with Prime in the end 'cos he had a chunkier alt mode and I also reasoned people tend to pass on the bike TFs so there'd be many Prowls left over to snag later on. And I was right. If only Black Arachnia and Ratchet had been out at the same time I'd have grabbed all six in one go and not had the problem. :D

It was a choice of Metroplex or Trypticon, in "Taylor and McKenna" (a chain of toy shops in the UK then) back in 1986. I plumped for Metroplex since I favoured Autobots then. I probably should've plumped for Trypticon since I favour Decepticons now.

Voyager vs Leader Animated Leader BH
Blitzwing (Smarty): On one hand, the Voyager class version is more cartoon accurate, keeping an overall simple, animated aesthetic complete with wrecking ball.
Blitzwing (Arnold): On the other hand, the Leader class version is more in scale and armed to the teeth with weaponry and can crush any other puny 'bot in his way
Blitzwing (Carnage): Why don't we just have one in each hand and dance the night away?!
