Found these for preorder on BBTS. Cool idea. I'm surprised no one thought of this before. They are supposed to fit on the Encore releases as well as the original G1 versions.

Posted a few days back (http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/transformers-news-rumors/183406-big-bad-toy-store-update-new-g1-busts-ironhide-ratchet-heads.html), but definitely cool. I fear the height will make the arms/shoulders look a bit weird, though.
