I don't have to see Lucky Star to know that has annoying music and awful visuals. Frankly, I respect anyone who's willing to put a lot of work into something, but if it all amounts to nothing special then can it really be praised for it? "I made this, but it's not very good, but I put lots of work into it and based it off some weird anime so you have to like it". No, I didn't like it.

Maybe it's just because I hate anime, but I clicked out of there in seconds after hearing that horrid music.

Ok, I feel you. The Lucky Star theme it ridiculously annoying. However, the video draws its comedy from the fact it matches up perfectly with the Lucky star opening, not from the garish colors and sily song. Also, how can you call it "lame" if you didn't even give it a chance? If you don't like anime in general, that's fine, but calling something lame because you don't like what it's based on isn't right. That's like saying you hate Gundam because you don't like robots. I don't intend to start a flame war here, I'm just telling you what I think.

As polite as you're being about this, it really isn't necessary. Clearly he was trolling for a response. If he didn't like it or give a shit about it in the first place he wouldn't have felt the need to express his opinion that no one gives a damn about. Just because you have an opinion, doesn't mean it needs to be expressed especially if it's negative for the sake of trolling.

Though I've never watched the show Lucky Star, I've seen the opening a few times before and this is very well done. Everything matches up, the movements the art style as well.

Very well done. Matches up almost perfectly and considering my wife & sister watch Lucky Star (frankly I enjoy the opening song more than anything in the entire series) and they saw this just now and started laughing their butts off. So, it got the attention of two Lucky Star fans (who are both Transformers fans as well). :lol

And, Split Lip, it's cool if you don't like it, but to say that you don't like anime in general when RID is blatantly anime and Sky-Bite is about as cliche as most anime villains come is rather hypocritical.

And here I thought I was the only person that did not like it. I have a strong dislike to these type of things and at least I'm not the only one here that thought so too.
