This thread does not contain a video review, but I would like to ask a question for the ones who do them.
When you receive a new toy to review, you
a) start recording as soon as you have it, figuring the transformation at the same time.
b) transform it just once to see, then do the video review.
c) only start filming once you have completely figured it out, after having transformed it numerous time.

I transform it a few times then do the video review. It sucks not getting the instructions for some figures and you miss something in the review...

C.) Although, as Sean mentioned, for some of the figures that come without instructions, it's easier to think you have it all figured out and still miss a minor detail here and there.

Anything I've reviewed tends to be something I've messed with for at least a good couple hours total, so usually a few days. Gives me time to come up with and collect anecdotes about the thing to drop during the review, too. :D
