here is a short review of the new movie inferno.
The figure is a good addition to the movie lineup and fits in well with the other figs.Comes with longarm minicon and 2 interchangeable attachments for his left hand(a gun and a hose similar to cartoon ironhides)
His shoulder cannon can stay or becomes his gun and his chest fires a disc when longarm is attached with some lights and sounds.

Size comparison to movie ratchet.Slightly shorter than ratchet in bot mode.
Alt mode looks good and and missile launcher extracts when longarm is attached to the peg.

DO WANT.
I loved the Armada Red Alert mould, and these colours really look great on it.

Not the biggest fan of the mold but it does compliment Ratchet very well.
Thanks for the review but did I miss the second arm attachment? Seems like you only showed one but mentioned him coming with 2 interchangable attachments for his left hand.

They actually named his minicon longarm? or is that the name of the old one? If it's the new one, then the tow truck version of Longarm got mega-hosed and downgraded into a minicon.

Nah, the minicon got a new name,a strange name too... I don't even remember it.

Very unlikely that I'll pick this up, but out of curiosity: how is the articulation?

I never picked up this mold during the Armada run, so I think I'll grab it this time.

this a voyager sized mold? I am guessing since he is close to ratchet in size

I really like that dark shade of burgundy/red. It's really clear in those pictures, good job there. I think I'll be picking this one up now. ^_^

i only have the powerlinx red alert version. i'd rate it a 5/10. the mold is average but i like the colors although not as good as Energon Prowl's.
i'd rather have had a G1 or G2 toy of the same size repainted instead of Armada Red Alert.

Pyro perhaps then. A brick he may be but I find toys from that era to have more charm than the Armada toys especially if they were to be recolored and given a decent amount of paint applications.

wow,for an armada mold I wasn't expecting all that.
