Abc will air the classic special tuesday.
It's an hour so it will be uncut this year.
Canada gets garfield halloween this year but america doesn't.
I wish cbs would reair it.

Charlie Brown Halloween and Xmas always worth watching. Never see the Thanksgiving one though. Good thing I have a DVD set from years back.

There was and is a Garfield DVD on the market that has his Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Christmas special. I bought it last year and I have already seen it in stores this year.

Charlie Brown Halloween (and Christmas) are always a must-watch. Good thing I'm in class Tuesday night, so I don't get to see it.

That's why you should just own it (http://www.amazon.com/Its-Great-Pumpkin-Charlie-Brown/dp/B00004W5UK/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/105-8487154-6912464?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1193715478&sr=8-1), eh? I have the box set with the Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas eps because I got tired of always missing 'em on network due to whatever. Now we can watch 'em close enough to the appropriate holiday, but at our convenience.

I'm glad to see they're starting to do the Garfield special again...they didn't play it for the longest time and personally...I hate Charlie Brown. I never really saw why everone loved it so much. IMO the Garfield specials are far superior, mainly because when you watched the Garfield Christmas special, it didn't make you want to kill yourself.

The Garfield Special used to scare the bejeezus out of me when I was a little kid. I kept watching it every year though. I'll have to look for the DVD.

The show used to seem like it was longer. But still some of the best TV on.
Favorite parts are:
Charlie Brown getting rocks instead of candy
Snoopy as a flying ace
Probably gonna splurge for the DVD boxset next payday.
