"Report bad post" function not working?

I decided I'd finally make us of the "report bad post" button (I never even noticed it until recently) but when I clicked it, it told me something like "the email function is not available"

Am I the only one having this problem, or is it something with the site?

It doesn't even seem to be there in fuzzy, but then again, I haven't had a need for it, so I could be overlooking it.
