View Full Version : Movie forum screwing up my browser

I'm using Opera version 8.52.

When I try to post in the movie sub-forum, one of two things happens:

1) I get a severe lag (ten seconds minimum) between entering something into the post form and the text showing up in the post form
2) I can't enter any text in the post form (i.e. keyboard not working), so I have to type the text in another window and then copy-paste it into the post form using my mouse.

The problem doesn't show up in any other sub-forum.

Same on IE. It lags like hell. Scroll is near impossible. I don't even go in the forum anymore.

I went into the forum the other day with IE, and having never been in it before I didn't realize it was a different skin. It killed my browser, so much so to the point that I bailed out and didn't even wait for the thread to finish loading (because two minutes for one page was enough as it was).

It works fine for me in IE6 and Firefox, it loads a bit faster in Firefox.

Must be IE7 that it's not working with then. Because it "lags" like crazy in there.

oh anyway yeah I had some problems at first but I haven't had any problems with the forum lately using IE6 I think.
